Growth Marketing Manager (Remote)
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time contract role. This position is intended for college graduates with at least 3-5 years of proven experience with a solid foundation in growth marketing, as detailed below.
You will work alongside our marketing team to strategize and execute on a range of growth marketing campaigns that disruptive brands leverage to grow exponentially and will also gain exposure to the startup scene in New York. The role will foster you to grow a data-driven approach to implementing, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns across digital marketing channels.

What You'll Do
- Customer Acquisition including paid social (Instagram), paid search (Google Search), display (online advertising where there are ads on websites or apps), out-of-home (billboard)
- Website optimization including A/B testing, email collection, landing page customization;
- Build multi-channel marketing strategies to drive incremental results that directly impact the top line of clients’ businesses;
- Implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns on paid social channels (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat), direct response intent channels (e.g. Google, Bing) and email marketing campaigns;
- Analyze and extract meaningful marketing insights from various channels and analytics platforms;
- Execute creative strategy by working with in-house designers and copywriters;
- Collaborate across functions with creative and data teams
- Create and deliver presentations of test results and strategies to clients.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical field or related field;
- At least 3-5 years of proven growth marketing experience (including but not limited to hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid channels on behalf of clients such as on Meta Ads Platform, Google Ads Platform, and TikTok Ads Platform, as well as work experience with Google Analytics and Shopify);
- Solid track record of inspiring action based on data-driven insights;
- Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
- Proven ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences;
- Confidently able to maneuver between working cooperatively in a team-oriented and cross-functional environment, as well as independently;
- Experience at a fast growing-startup is a plus; agency experience preferred
